2. Please allow 24 hours for account setup and order confirmation. Orders will be confirmed to the fax number provided for the billing department.
Business Accounts Set Up
1.Complete the Credit Application in full and have it signed by an authorized Person of your business or institution.
2. Fax the completed credit application to our sales department at 562-944-5680 along with a copy of your purchase order, Our Item code # and the quantity needed.
3.Please allow 24 hours for account setup and order confirmation. Orders will be confirmed to the fax number provided for the billing department.
4.Standard payment terms are Net 30. Orders will be accepted if we have received a copy of the purchase order indicating the correct Bill and Ship to addresses along with the item Code Number. and quantity needed.
